Here’s how we approach every project so you can be confident about how we’ll deliver to your needs.

 
 

  • We’ll come and visit you at your home to discuss your requirements, how double glazing could benefit you, and identify possible products that will be suitable for you.

  • We’ll provide a personalised proposal based on the information and discussions that we have with you during the consultation. This will include indicative costs and timings for your project.

  • When you’re ready to go ahead with your project, we’ll schedule the work in and confirm exact requirements.

    We’ll visit you home again to ensure measurements are accurate and start the production of the products needed for your project.

    At this point we will take a 10% deposit and hold this in the SureCare© - our independent trust fund to secure your deposit.

  • Our installation team will install your double glazing solution into your home.

  • Once completed, the Eversure Warranty will commence to ensure you’re protected if any issues arise.

SureCare© is a complimentary and genuinely independent trust fund service which provides Eversure customers with comfort and peace of mind about the security of their deposit payments.
