Our Proven Process

Here’s how we approach every project so you can be confident about how we’ll deliver to your needs.

 
 

  • We visit your home to meet with you and gain an understanding of your home environment. We then view and assess your joinery (windows & doors), discuss the best installation service for you and advise on which glass solutions best meet your needs.

  • We’ll provide a personalised proposal based on the information and discussions that we have with you during the consultation. This will include indicative costs and timings for your project.

  • When you’re ready to go ahead with your project, we’ll book in your project and secure your place in the installation schedule.

    Closer to the installation date, we'll visit your home again to finalise the project details so we can begin ordering materials.

    At this point we will take a 10% deposit and hold this in the SureCare© - our independent trust fund to secure your deposit.

  • Our installation team will install double glazing into your home.

    You do not need to move out of your home during the installation, however, we do need clear access to the joinery and a safe work environment for our installers.

  • Once completed, the Eversure Warranty will commence to ensure you’re protected if any issues arise.
